QUALIFICATIONS:

a. Be 21 years of age.

b. Be free from active reportable airborne communicable disease, and be free
from any impairment that hinders their performance of assigned responsibilities.

c. Must not have any criminal convictions or criminal history that indicates behavior that may be harmful to the residents.

d. Be of good moral character and posses a genuine interest in the type of residents.

e. Have sufficient skills, education, training, knowledge and experience to perform the job.

f. Participate in an orientation program and on-going training.
