FACT:

Assisted living costs across the U.S. averages about $36,000.00 a year for Level 1 care "WITHOUT" the administering of medications. On average most assisted living facilities charge between $3,000.00 to over $6,000.00 a month. Some facilities even charge a one-time "entry fee" which can range from $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 for the preparation of a new client.

*Our pricing is very competitive. In some cases we are half of what larger commercial facilties charge. We encourage you to compare our fees with other "licensed" assisted living facilities whether large or small.

*Fees for clients with Dementia, Alzheimers and special needs may vary. Call for "RESPITE" pricing and information.

*Payment in full for an entire month is due and must be cleared before any clients are received in our facility. No exceptions! There are a lot of scam artists out there claiming to be "advocates" and "social workers" in the private sector who are ripping off seniors as well as assisted living facilities  because people are making them their representative payee. Please be careful who you decide to handle you or a loved one's finances.

NOTE:

If we decide to take on you or a loved one as a client in our facility, as part of our policy, we will become their representative payee and have their funds direct deposited into our business account monthly "only" if they receive any type of public funding ie., social security, medicare waivers, etc. This will cause less friction when it comes time for payment from family members.
